One of the things that scares me the most about drinking is that people ends up liking ‘drunk me’, more than sober me, so when we hang out they would definitely encourage me to drink, and that’s so sad. To me the best thing about not drinking is being able to drive. I love my car, driving anywhere, not having to wait for uber. Also driving my friends to their homes and making sure they arrive safely.
please make a video on dropping bad habits. i've realized i need to be broader in my habit plan like think about which habit to drop, which new habit to implement instead, which time and how to be more consistent etc.
yes! love your approach on having a broader habit plan. I'm planning a "perfect" habit week to see if I can keep all the popular habits for a week - kind of like a vlog style so I can introduce different types of content. I'll be back for more

CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm 12+ yrs alcohol free. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I feel the same about many things you said, but it's just worth it to take care of my health. Alcohol is a neurotoxin/poison. Not a good thing at all.

I stopped drinking with 24 so I am 28 now. I was never an alcoholic or drank as much as you. But I felt it wasn’t worth it given that I don’t felt good the next day. There was too less reward for too much suffering. However I want to swim drunk once so I wait for this occasion or smoke weed and watch funny movies with friends

lol I just got back from a Shabbat dinner at my friends and hadn’t had alcohol in a long time. Had like 5 drinks. Felt like I was 21 again.
